Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is Essential Oil?

Essential oil is a hydrophobic fluid containing unstable (effortlessly vanished at ordinary temperatures) chemical compounds from plants. Essential oils contain the natural chemicals that give the plant its “essence” (specific odor and flavor).

Most quality essential oils are usually extracted through low pressure and low temperature steam distillation of plant material, and in the case of citrus peels (like lemon & orange), cold-pressed.

  •  What is Absolute Oil?

Solvent extraction is especially to extract concentrated oils from delicate flowers, when a solvent such as Hexane or Supercritical Carbon Dioxide is used to extract the oils from most flowers which contents a small quantity of evaporation oil to go through an extraction, but their chemical components are too fragile and effortlessly denatured by the high heat process used for steam distillation.

Absolute oil is mainly produced through Solvent Extraction  with the utilize of chemical solvents that are afterward completely removed during the final stages of production

  • Are these Oils Natural & Pure?

All our products are thoroughly tested and proved to be100% natural & pure unadulterated, free from any added substances, adulterants or dilutions.

We have grasped a thorough quality control standard to assist guarantee to all our products to meet strict determinations. We never compromise our products by including synthetics, contaminants, or cheap fillers, or by utilizing unscrupulous production ethics during any phase of the developing or refining process of the Oils.

  •  How to check whether the Essential Oils are Pure?

The purity of the Essential Oils can be checked only by conducting a professional test done thru an Independent qualified and experienced analyst. There is no any "Home Tests" which can evaluate the purity of the Oils.

If the purity of Essential Oils can be defined by its composition, it can be surveyed by analyzing what each particular oil is made up of. These tests determines whether the Essential Oils has being mixed with any substances to make the oils poorer in quality, impure or poisonous.

  • What is Organoleptic Evaluations (Sensory evaluation) of Essential Oils?
Organoleptic testing (Sensory evaluation) helps to identify potential adulterants and extenders, this test evaluates the quality of the viscosity, colour, clarity and odour of the Essential Oils.
  • What is Physical Evaluations of Essential Oils?

If an essential oil sample passes all of the sensory tests, the next stage is to test the physical parameters of the essential oil by identifying the Specific Gravity, Optical Rotation and Refractive Index, solubility with ethanol, and freezing point. This is a more detailed test which declares whether the oil has been mixed with any substances.

If an oil successfully passes the first two stages it is then tested using Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS).

  • What is GC-MS (Chemical and Instrumental Evaluations) of Essential Oils?

GC-MS (Gas Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry) is the most accurate & expensive test done to evaluate the purity of the Essential Oils. By injecting a tiny sample of the oil into the apparatus which contains a very thin coiled silica tube called a 'capillary column' the GC-MS test process starts. During the test process GC splits the oil into its individual constituent parts depending on its molecular structure, while MS analytically identifies each constituent to produce a results 'spectrum'. Thru out this examine process an evaluator concludes which components, along with their percentages, were present in the sample – much like a chemical 'fingerprint'.

Every individual component of the essential oil can be identified by the time at which the peak elutes on the trace. The data produced can then be compared to an established 'profile' or 'fingerprint' for that particular essential oil to finally determine the purity of the oil.

  • Can these Oils be used internally?

These products are not recommended to use internally. Since all our products are profoundly concentrated, and have the capacity to cause genuine harm in the event if utilized internally. However. Some essential oils can be used in tiny amounts but this is only for professional as the essential oils are highly concentrated we do not suggest this practice for beginners

  • Do these Oils have an Expiry Date?

These oils don't go foul and they do not truly have an expiry date. To keep fresh these oils need to be kept in a dry cool place, and the lid should always be tightly sealed. There are some oils that are good for 10 years or more, such as Patchouli.

Over the time, in any case, these oils can oxidize, fall apart and continuously lose their helpful esteem and fragrant quality. Oils that contain monoterpenes, particularly limonene, are more prone to oxidation. If the smell of the oil changes or gets weaker, or you notice they’re cloudy or viscous, they’ve probably gone bad.

Note: if you keep your oils in the refrigerator, be sure you placed the bottles in a sealed glass container without putting directly into the refrigerator.

  • Are all these Oils produced with Plants harvested Naturally?

All our products belongs to 3 categories; certified natural, natural (non-certified) and wild-crafted. The wild-harvested oils are not developed and thus ineligible for certification.

While sourcing essential oils and other natural items, we make sure that they are best suited, so that they are of the most elevated quality. We depend on our relationship with the distiller and information -of their great hones to guarantee that the item is developed naturally.

  • How do you control the quality standards?

All our suppliers are certified under ISO 9001:2015 , WHO-GMP, HACCP  & HALAL.We do conduct numerous spot checks to ensure our products & its ingredients always meets the best quality standard.
