Helichrysum from this region is richer in Terpenes and has higher Neryle acetate and Diones.

Uses:

Helichrysum essential oil has traditionally been used for its anti-inflammatory, analgesic, cell-regenerating, and calming properties.

Helichrysum Italicum essential oil can be applied topically, through direct inhalation, in the bath, compress or diffused. It is a favorite of aromatherapists and herbalists, mainly for its use as a topical application to support skin healing and improve the appearance of the skin. 

Helichrysum is often used in anti-aging products for its rejuvenating benefits to the skin. The essential oil has been applied to stretch marks, acne scars, and wounds.

Topical:
Apply one to two drops to the desired area. Helichrysum can also be applied neat for small areas, Dilute with a carrier oil to avoid any skin sensitivity. Very effective in dilution!

To reduce the appearance of wrinkles apply to the face (1-2 drops or diluted with a carrier oil).

Massage Blends: The essential oil is Soothing in the massage and herbal oils for sensitive, inflamed skin, muscle strains, aches, and pains.

Adding to creams, lotions, or shampoos: Apply a few drops to your Creams, Lotions or shampoo.

Diffusion: Use 3-4 drops.
